Located in the heart of Val Germanasca, La Foresteria di Massello is an ideal stopover on the way to the mountain paths known as “Via Alpina” and “Sentiero dei Valdesi”, nearby the ski resorts and facilities installed during the Olympic Games Prali which took place in this area in 2006. The building is large and sober, with typical mountain architecture, and it offers various kinds of accommodations: dormitories for groups and elegant double/triple rooms for families, all furnished with wooden furniture of the ancient Alpine tradition. Guests can enjoy a large sunny terrace with a wonderful view while tasting excellent homemade goat, sheep and cow cheeses, game, mushrooms, top quality salami and cakes. The rich winery offers the best Piedmontese labels which are the product of the so-called “Heroic Viticulture”; you will also find two important labels of local homemade beers. Recently selected by “Yes! Torino quality for Travellers”, it has been assigned the Quality Label for touristic accommodations by the Chamber of Commerce and Provincia Torino.
